J'ai réservé pour une chambre d'hôtes et je n'ai pas eu les prestations requises.

1. Ma réservation
J'ai réservé pour une chambre d'Hôtes au Petit Lage. J'y avais déjà séjourné. Les propriétaires ont changé.
Aujourd'hui c'est géré par les responsables hollandaises du Camping Bonneblond de Saint Désiré.
2. Voici pourquoi je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon séjour :
- Suite à ma réservation, quand j'ai voulu contacter la propriétaire je me suis aperçue que c'était une numéro de téléphone néerlandais
- J'ai donc envoyé un message via Booking.com pour avoir la confirmation de mon heure d'arrivée. J'ai reçu un message en néerlandais via WhatsApp mais pas de réponse à ma question !
- Quand je suis arrivée à la chambre d'hôtes il n'y avait personne pour m'accueillir. J'ai appelé et une personne est arrivée une dizaine de minutes en utilitaire et venant du camping Bonneblond
- Dans la chambre il manquait les serviettes de toilette et tapis de bain
- J'ai été la seule occupante du lieu ! Seule sans aucune présence des propriétaires ou gérantes pendant 7 jours.
- Aucune visite ni message pendant la durée de mon séjour pour me demander si tout se passait bien !!! Aucun au revoir !
- Enfin, concernant le petit déjeuner , il m'a été demandé de le prendre au camping. Ce qui voulait dire prendre ma voiture et aller au camping à 6 minutes de là ! J'ai refusé ce n'est pas le concept d'une chambre d'hôtes.
J'ai donc payé 6 petits déjeuners que je n'ai pas pris et qui ne m'ont pas été remboursés !
