The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host thought of every detail to make our stay pleasant, providing touches like a small sewing kit and a well-balanced breakfast served in our room. I really appreciated that he allowed us to check in after midnight, as we arrived at Tirana airport around 11:30 p.m. He had already sent us clear instructions on how to enter the building and access the room, which was very convenient given the late hour.
The location was also a major plus: right in the city center, close to the beach, historical monuments, and essential services such as a currency exchange (2 minutes’ walk) and the bus station (15–20 minutes’ walk).
This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but breakfast was served earlier than the time we requested. For example, if we asked for breakfast at 9:45 a.m., it would arrive in the room around 9:15 a.m., which meant we ended up waking up earlier than planned 😅. But then I also realise that this might be inbedded into Albanian service culture. Would still recommend this place without a doubt.

What a beautiful place! The location is fantastic, right in the city centre with everything easily accessible, and the hotel itself feels very new, modern and beautifully maintained.
Our room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled absolutely amazing. I actually took a picture of the diffusers because I loved the scent so much! We also loved the huge full-length mirror — such a small detail, but perfect when you’re getting ready.
The shower deserves its own mention because it was genuinely one of the best hotel showers I’ve used. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, soaps and slippers, so everything we needed was already there.
There was also a fridge stocked with cold drinks and water. We visited in first week of September when it was extremely hot, so arriving to cold drinks was very appreciated. You do, of course, pay for what you use, but having everything there waiting for us was a thoughtful touch.
Breakfast is delivered directly to your room, which I personally loved because I’m not someone who wants to wake up early, get dressed and go downstairs just to have breakfast! My only suggestion would be to offer a little more variety, as the standard breakfast options were quite basic. However, when we asked for a few additional things, Claudia was more than happy to accommodate us.
And Claudia really deserves a special mention. He was absolutely brilliant — warm, welcoming, helpful and incredibly responsive. Whenever we needed anything, we could simply message him on WhatsApp and he would help us.
There is no dedicated hotel parking, which is something to be aware of if you are hiring a car. There is paid parking nearby, but Claudia went above and beyond for us and helped reserve a space directly outside whenever possible so that we had somewhere to park when we returned. He absolutely did not have to do that, and we appreciated it so much.
The only other thing I would personally change is the access-code system. The code used to enter the main building was the same as the code for our room. There are security cameras, which was reassuring, but from a security perspective I would feel more comfortable if the main entrance and individual rooms had separate codes.
Those two points aside, our stay was wonderful. The cleanliness, space, location, communication and especially the service were exceptional.
