The location was very amazing. The hotel was the last building at the end of street. When you visit it first time it sort of looks like a ghost house but it was safe ofcourse. The rooms were spacious, was super clean and free coffee was splendid. Also close by are lakes and touristy sites to visit.
I think the property is a bit further away from the city centre thalgau which has restaurants and stores. you need to travel 10 - 15 min by car which could be a turn off for some.

Die Lage ist einzigartig! Umgeben von Wald direkt am Ende einer Zufahrtsstraße. Das rustikalen Ambiente ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der self Check in ist unkompliziert und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben viel Charme.
Da es eine alter Ansitz ist muss man Punkto comfort ein paar Abstriche machen. Es gibt kein TV, keine Klimaanlage und keine Gelsen Gitter. Gerade letzteres ist im Hochsommer doch sehr herausfordernd. Die nächste Verpflegung ist auch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, wenn das daneben liegende Restaurant geschlossen hat. Für Kinder gibt es keine eigene Spiel Möglichkeit. Alles nicht schlimm, wenn man damit planen kann.
