We booked the property through booking.com
When we got there ...to Norfolk.. someone else was in our cottage
Who also booked the property on cottages.com
We spoke to the owner ... he said he had a new management company dealing with bookings.
And it was doubled booked ... some how ???
The owner was very good and he told us he had a brand new cottage no 5. We could stay in that as the other people who booked the same cottage as us were already in it ...
We looked at cottage no5
And we liked it .so the owner gave us the key to stay in it for 7ngt
. Which we booked n paid for with booking.com.
We were delighted with the new cottage no 5.
It was better that avocet.. which we originally booked .
So it was all OK in the end .as we stayed in the new cottage ...
We found the owner to be a very nice man x
It's a lovely location very carm n quite 😊 lovely cottages
There wasn't anything we didn't like ...it was fab
We were worried that we booked this cottage with booking.com
And then when we got there to find out someone else had also booked it with cottages.com and the other people were already in it
But luckily the owner quickly sorted us another cottage no 5... Which we thoroughly enjoyed 😉
So it all was ok in the end ...
