The apartment is very spacious, clean and seems like they’ve been renovated recently to a high standard.
The place is above a the metro line which is really handy for getting around. However they are quite frequent and start early in the morning.

Very convinient location, next to the metro and the tram station, so you practically do not need a car to move around anywhere in Athens. Also very easy access to the city center, only a couple of metro stops away. Cafes, bakery etc. around the corner and many other services in the neighborhood like supermarkets for anything you need during your stay. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious with 2 separated main rooms, 2 bathrooms and all important facilities like washing machine, small kitchen etc. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are big and very well equipped.
Sound isolation is not perfect. Noise from the tram passing outside and other loud voices from the street can be heard at night in the room facing the street. This could be a problem in early evenings for those who go to bed early. Later at night when the tram stops and less people are on the streets, everything is much quieter. Perhaps it needs windows with better sound isolation.
The drain filters in both showers seemed like they were never cleaned before and the shower was floding immediately. Unfortunately we had to clean them by ourselves (we have a similar system at home and we knew how). Also, there was no shampoo in one of the bathrooms. Although the apartment is excellent and very new, the owner should pay more attention to maintenance, otherwise in a few years it is not going to be in the same condition.

Υπέροχος χώρος με ωραία μοντέρνα και λιτή διακοσμηση.
Ιδανικό για οικογένεια γιατί υπάρχουν δύο χώροι ο.ενας χωρος ανεξαρτητος με κρεβατοκαμαρα και δικο.του μπανιο και ο άλλος χώρος με.κρεβατοκαμαρα πολύ έξυπνα ενσωματωμένη μέσα σε μινι σαλονι με δεύτερη τουαλετα.
Η τοποθεσία υπέροχη 2 λεπτά από το.μετρο στάση Νεος Κοσμος.
Ίσως θα μπορούσε να προστεθεί μια πολυθρόνα η μικρός καναπές για να κάθονται ολοι στο σαλονι
Και κάποιες πολύ μικρές λεπτομέρειες που θελουν βελτιωση

I liked an appartment, it was very good, big, with big terrace, clean. we stayed there for 4 days and it was very good. calm district, with metro station near the house and train station.
as good, ase bad experience was a train station. it is so close, that in the morning we woke up with the sound of train and it was not good. also there was a smell from the kitchen sink that was all over the room when the whole day windows were closed. and the mainc problem was that there was a water stucked in the sink, so after one day we couldn't wash our hands because the water didn't go through the sink. I hove they will fix it, because it is really not good expirience.
