wonderful location if like us you are looking for a simple beachside stay with great dog walking. Its a fascinating setting in a 19th century terrace, with views across to the Isle of Wight. Keith and Sylvie are very welcoming hosts without being intrusive, and they have decorated the beautifully proportioned space in a way that is very satisfying.
Its quite shabby-chic, which has its own appeal, but there is still a lot to do, eg the mess in front of the balcony - all fine if you look at the view and not downwards!

Host very welcoming and explained everything and were on hand if we needed anything,
Lovely little balcony with sea view, very quiet and peaceful. Room well equipped, with quality items in good condition.
Really silly thing, but a tea towel and bin liner.
If possible I think a made up bed would be ideal, but we understand that it is a small room, for 1 night it wasn't an issue but practically, a small double bed would have been better.

Sylvia greeted us and was very hospitable showing us how to use different things and book of places to go.
Also giving us a lovely photo of accommodation and card with details if we need to contact.
Keith we met later was very friendly and making sure we were happy and everything ok 😄
The location of the property wow what a view of the beach just a 2 minute walk.
