Esperienza pessima e gestione del problema ancora peggiore.
Ho scelto e prenotato questa struttura anche perché tra i servizi era indicata l’ARIA CONDIZIONATA. Il 22 agosto, con temperature molto alte, ho scoperto che il condizionatore della camera non funzionava. La stanza era praticamente una sauna ed era impossibile dormire.
La situazione era talmente assurda che ho persino provato personalmente a pulire il filtro del condizionatore, che era pieno di polvere e sporcizia. Nonostante questo, il climatizzatore continuava a non funzionare.
Ho contattato immediatamente la struttura spiegando che in quelle condizioni non riuscivo a dormire e chiedendo una soluzione. Mi è stato risposto che non potevano fare nulla e mi è stato offerto solamente un rimborso del 20%. Ho spiegato che avrei preferito semplicemente lasciare la struttura e dormire altrove, visto che uno dei servizi fondamentali per cui avevo scelto questa sistemazione non era disponibile. Non mi è stata offerta alcuna alternativa.
Alla fine, intorno alle 3:00 di notte, ho dovuto ABBANDONARE LA STRUTTURA perché era impossibile dormire in quella stanza.
E qui arriva la parte ancora più grave: è passato UN MESE e non ho ricevuto nemmeno il rimborso del 20% che mi era stato esplicitamente promesso.
Da allora continuo a rincorrere la struttura per ottenere quanto concordato. La struttura sostiene che il rimborso sia gestito da Booking.com; attraverso Booking.com, invece, la richiesta viene inoltrata nuovamente alla struttura, che non risponde. Risultato: dopo un mese, nessun rimborso e nessuna soluzione.
Trovo già assurdo che, dopo aver pagato per una camera con aria condizionata e aver dovuto lasciarla alle 3 del mattino perché il servizio pubblicizzato non funzionava, la soluzione proposta sia stata appena un 20% di rimborso. Ma trovo ancora più inaccettabile che persino quel 20%, dopo essere stato promesso, non sia mai arrivato.

Siamo partiti da Bari per Ostuni avvisando del nostro arrivo.
Una volta arrivati ad Ostuni ci hanno fatto aspettare 45 minuti senza inviarci la posizione o il nome del parcheggio convenzionato da loro proposto. Al telefono nessuno rispondeva e quando lo faceva era vago e prendeva tempo.
A causa di questa attesa la batteria della macchina si é esaurita e siamo rimasti a terra non raggiungendo mai il parcheggio convenzionato.
Il disagio continua perché una volta arrivati all appartamento l assistenza continuava a non essere reperibile per darci il codice di accesso. Anche qui abbiamo atteso tanto. L appartamento aveva l aria condizionata rotta e mancava la carta igienica
Abbiamo esposto la nostra giustificata lamentela e ci hanno garantito di risolvere il problema della batteria della nostra auto l' indomani. Si sono fatti vivi con un messaggio alle 11.15 quando avevamo gia risolto autonomamente.
