The room was clean and well presented
The confusion on not knowing the room number as the correspondence never stated it in a plain way - leading to not realising the key safe on the front of the property is not where you get your keys.
No support late evening from any of the communication methods as no one responded to messages calls or emails when I could not get in.
Also no signal at the property meant I could not open the link to get the relevant entry instructions and codes. The property stank of cigarettes in the passageways and there must be a lot of weed users in the area as it always stank of that in the street.
The room would benefit from a small table and chair too as you had nowhere to sit other than on the bed.
