I stayed at Lotus Paradise yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. It's a brand new 1 BHK flat located inside Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu, and everything about it felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful stay in this area, this place is a fantastic choice.
🧹 Cleanliness
Being a brand new flat, cleanliness was top-notch. The entire space — bedroom, hall, kitchen, and bathroom — was spotless and smelled fresh. There was no sign of wear or dust; it felt like I was the very first guest, which was a wonderful feeling.
🏠 Amenities
The flat comes well-equipped with all essentials. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. The kitchen was functional and had the basics needed for light cooking. The TV and other fittings were all new and in excellent working condition. Having a balcony was a lovely bonus — great for morning tea or evening relaxation. Parking was convenient and secure too.

Situated inside Mahindra World City, the flat offers a peaceful, secure, and well-planned environment. It's ideal if you're visiting for work in the IT/business parks nearby, or simply want a quiet stay away from the city chaos. The area is green, well-maintained, and has good access to local conveniences.

The host was welcoming, responsive, and very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made the stay even more pleasant.

For a brand new 1 BHK in such a prime location, the pricing is very reasonable. You get the privacy and comfort of an entire flat to yourself — far better value than cramped hotel rooms in the same range.
