Bien situé mais cher pour tout les manquements de la part de l’agence

L emplacement est super bien situé et la terrasse est simpa

Aucun équipement prévu pour la 5eme personne pour qui nous avons payé (pas de drap de lit, pas de linge de douche) , la douche bouchée et aucun matériel promis dans l annonce (condiments, panier de bienvenue, il n’y avais qu’une chambre au lieu de 3 mis dans le livret d’accueil, pas la machine à café nespresso mais c’était une senseo…) et surtout le manque de professionnalisme de la personne en charge de la gestion de notre location qui a été d’une agressivité sans nom lorsque nous lui avons fait un retour !

Rapport qualité prix discutable

L’emplacement est idéal. Parking à proximité gratuit c’est top!

L’odeur dans les parties communes et dans le logement était désagréable, puis il n’y avait pas de « panier de bienvenue » comme indiqué dans l’annonce. De plus, la machine à café est une Senseo et non une Nespresso, ce qui nous a conduits à acheter des capsules Nespresso inutilement. À notre arrivée, il manquait également du papier toilette ainsi que des mouchoirs. Enfin, une suggestion d’amélioration : il serait très appréciable d’installer un miroir (idéalement de taille plus importante) dans une autre pièce que la salle de bain ou les toilettes. Cela permettrait de se maquiller avec une meilleure luminosité et de pouvoir vérifier sa tenue avant de quitter le logement. Dernier point, la literie était confortable, mais les draps en flanelle ne nous ont pas semblé adaptés à la saison estivale, car ils tiennent particulièrement chaud
