There was no breakfast included (other than tea/coffee/sugar/milk). The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, there was plenty of cutlery, crockery and cookware; the microwave and stove worked well. The shower was hot (but not much pressure - expected so not a problem). The house is spacious and the dining and lounge furniture is all comfortable and in good condition.

* Very challenging to open as well as close the lockbox, as the meter lid had to be held with one hand while the other hand had to work the system, which wasn't clear. This would have been impossible for me, as an average-height woman. * I would not have been able to fill up the drinking water system from the rainwater tank - too heavy and cumbersome. Fortunately, my husband did this, but we are both in mid-seventies and it was a challenge for him to lift and fit it into the ceramic base. * The drive-way is quite awkward, (especially with a skip-bin in the next-door driveway) with the power pole being right in the driving line and not easy to see at night . Result: scratched car.
