The location and the communication with the owner. He went extra mile for me. Much appreciate it
It was not clean especially under the sink
There was no cutlery just one cup even though I booked for two people

The apartment is in Zamalek, a very nice area of Cairo where you will find everything you need for your stay. It is a very safe area and easy to get around from; however, there is a school next door, and traffic can be heavy during school hours.
Because it is located next to a school, anyone sleeping on the sofa will hear children shouting from early in the morning.
If you need to cook, the apartment only has a microwave; it didn’t even have plates, cutlery, or glasses for basic kitchen use. The bathroom drain was clogged the entire time, and water would back up from the pipes—it was very unpleasant.
The mattress in the bedroom felt like a hard piece of wood; it was extremely uncomfortable, and the room had no natural light.
I had to ask for basic items several times—there weren’t even any towels when we arrived—and every time someone brought these essentials, they asked for a tip.
The location is very good, but the service and the condition of the apartment are in need of significant improvement.
