Lovely apartment and very clean. Easy check-in process, instructions were clear. Little bit of a walk from the station but easy to find and you pass by plenty of shops and amenities on the way. I was a bit wary of the £200 security deposit required - I've not had to do this for any property via booking.com - but the money was returned promptly after check out. A lovely place to stay in Margate :)

I loved the email instructions I received before the beginning of my stay at the property, which made it very clear regarding location and key collection. The property was super clean and tidy and being near the beach, supermarkets and transport adds another level of comfort to the flat.
I noticed that downstairs room's window overlooks an area that needs to be cleared and tidied as it doesn't only affect the view from the small window in the room but it also makes it unsafe to open it. Also, the toilet smells badly when we shower.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well provisioned, with comfortable blankets. The Tv was great. We liked how near the property was to the sea view.
The finish in the new shower room was poor, with the toilet lid very loose and gaps in the finishing, such as sealant.
There was no instructions for the kitchen oven, which we were not able to turn on.
The bed mattresses were quite hard (the sheets and blankets were lovely though, and nice and clean).
