Een goed verblijf voor 1 nacht!

Mooi uitzicht over de stad, lekkere douch! En een fijn bed. Keuken is ook fijn!

We miste theedoek,handdoek,vaatwasdoek. De douche had geen deur, waardoor de vloer erg nat werd….

Voldoende handdoeken en mooi balkon

Alles was kapot. Lampen waren kapot/ onvoldoende bestek/ kleine oven en geen ovenschalen ovenwanten aanwezig wasmachine in de kelder werkte niet/ superkleine airco werkt nauwelijks!

Kein schönes Erlebnis

Passau ist eine schöne Stadt

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einem Vorort von Passau. Leider hat sie unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Sie wirkt wie eine Art Studentenzimmer, die Möbel waren teilweise defekt, die Stühle mit Löchern und Brandlöchern versehen. Die Küchenzeile war nicht sauber, das Sofa unbequem und roch unangenehm wie die ganze Wohnung insgesamt. Ein kleiner Schrank auf Höhe der Schlafstätte war bereits gefüllt mit Textilien und Ersatzkissen. Die Sitzmöbel auf der nur durch eine dünne Holzwand getrennten Terrasse waren dreckig, alt und ein alter Putzeimer stand darauf. Spinnweben und deren lebende Insassen waren auch vorhanden. Wir haben die Wohnung nach kurzer Zeit verlassen, nicht dort gewohnt oder übernachtet und glücklicherweise ein schönes Hotel gefunden in dem wir eine schöne Woche verbringen konnten. Dadurch, dass wir nicht sofort Reklamierung eingereicht haben, ist uns leider der im Voraus bezahlte Betrag verloren gegangen. Ich kann leider keine Empfehlung geben, diese Wohnung zu besuchen, wenn man Wert auf Sauberkeit legt. Auch die Umgebung und das gesamte Haus ist nicht einladend und unangenehm im Geruch und Sauberkeit.
