Awful-should not be allowed to advertise through booking.com-not luxury, not even habitable.
This was the worst place I have ever stayed
Dirty, bed broken-slats falling out under the bed-unable to stay in apartment-couldn’t open door to balcony, no air conditioning as advertised, carpet raggy, TV broken, chair falling apart-truly disappointing-had booked it for 2 nights, but had to leave within 1st hour of arriving and find other accomodation -no refund provided. Booking. Com were not helpful-no assistance with fraudulent advertising or with providing refund or alternative accommodation in an emergency. Constant back and forth between booking.com and manager of apartment-Will not book through booking .com again as advertising is extremely misleading and no refund offered.

The lack of communication from the person running the apartment. The WiFi didn’t work, the TV didn’t also work and upon opening the washing machine it was full with water

Dirty apartment, no communication and security deposit withheld
The entire experience was a disaster. I never received any check-in instructions, and when I arrived at 6 pm there was no reception. After calling four times, the host finally answered and told me I had to transfer a $300 security deposit directly to his bank account before he would release the key, which I then had to collect from a shop two blocks away.
The apartment was extremely dirty. The oven, dishes and fridge had not been cleaned, there was leftover food from previous guests, hair in the bathroom sink, and the television screen was broken. I reported all of this immediately, but the host stopped responding and none of the issues were resolved.
After check-out, the host kept my $300 security deposit and ignored all my calls and Booking.com messages. He even blocked my phone number. I have videos showing the condition in which we left the apartment after checking out, so there was no valid reason to withhold the deposit. Booking.com contacted him and requested that he return the money, but he never responded. In the end, Booking.com had to refund the $300 themselves, two weeks later.
This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The lack of cleanliness, communication and professionalism was completely unacceptable. Do not stay here.
