Sweet and sour

The fact that I was not given the entrance code in advance. The Uber ended up dropping me at security gate and I had to walk about 3km to my appointment aa a result

It wasn't easy to locate the address pointed us to the nearest construction site.

Frustrating and uncomfortable.

The location of the property is perfect. It’s conveniently situated so close to Ballito Junction, which makes it even more appealing.

The host’s communication was very poor. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes at the gate before receiving the access code, and then waited another 30 minutes for instructions on how to collect the keys and gain access to the property. I also had to ask for the Wi-Fi login details, as nothing was communicated before my arrival. Calls were not going through, so I had to rely on text messages, and the responses often took quite a while. The property itself is in a great location and very conveniently situated near Ballito Junction, but the lack of communication and delays with access made the check-in experience quite frustrating. The condition of the propety made the stay quiet uncomfortable as I had to clean every area before using it.
