Décevant. Rien de Cosy. Le quartier est trop bruyant pour pouvoir dormir la fenêtre ouverte.
J'ai pris cette réservation car la description du lieu était attirante et le tarif raisonnable.Les fenêtres qui isolent bien du bruit extérieur (forte circulation dans la rue St Pierre)
Tout d'abord la propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous. Les sols étaient sales, en marchant en chaussettes celles-ci étaient marquées de salissure. Le drap du canapé lit était taché et les taies d'oreiller ne sentaient pas bon. Une épingle a été retrouvée également dans le canapé-lit. Ensuite côté conformité, confort et décoration, la lumière au dessus de la table côté coin cuisine ne s'allumait pas. Je ne sais pas si les 3 ampoules étaient hors service ou autre mais il nous a été impossible de les allumer pour dîner. Une connexion électrique apparente était au dessus du placard supérieur au niveau de l'évier. La porte coulissante gauche du placard du salon ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir. Le filtre de la hotte aspirante était marqué par la graisse. Les joints de la douche étaient jaunis. Il n'y avait aucun meuble dans la chambre pour poser nos affaires. Les chevets sont métalliques et font du bruit lorsque l'on pose un objet dessus. Les ampoules des lampes de chevet sont trop fortes pour une zones de sommeil.
Enfin, le verrouillage de la porte est trompeur. Il y a 2 verrous sur cette dernière. Nous n'avons eu que la clé du verrou supérieur. Le piège est que si ce dernier n'est verrouillé qu'à un seul tour, ce n'est pas suffisant pour bloquer la porte. Nous avons eu la surprise en rentrant le soir de trouver la porte entrouverte. Nous avons pensé immédiatement à une infraction. Fort heureusement ce n'a pas été le cas et nos affaires étaient intactes. J'ai contacté immédiatement Mme. Ibtissem pour lui faire part de la situation concernant la porte. Elle m'a répondu très aimablement malgré des difficultés d'échange de message via Whatsapp. Le lendemain matin, nous avons repris contact et je lui ai expliqué la situation concernant la fermeture de la porte où j'avais compris le dysfonctionnement du verrou ainsi que l'état de l'appartement.
