Under expectations and little unpleasent

Old apartment but quite well mantained over time and cleaned.

I paid 451 euros at the location while on booking I was shown I had to pay 440. Also I signed a rent agreement for 195 euros, no invoice or receipt received (I paid one amount, I signed a contract for another amount). The most unpleasent thing was that the property had NO parking space, even though it was marketed with "free parking included". The "free parking" was in fact at the local school at about 20 minutes of walking through the hot sun. Also inside it was very hot, not well isolated, at night inside the house was way hotter than outside. The bedsheets were not put on the bed, the bed was empty and I had to put myself the clean bedsheets on the bed.
