Bellissimo soggiorno in gruppo!

Posizionato in una zona strategica e tranquilla, l appartamento è veramente accogliente. Anche se non modernissimo, ho apprezzato moltissimo il living, comodo e luminoso. La presenza delle tre stanze da letto, hanno permesso una organizzazione perfetta. Non manca nulla per potersi godere il soggiorno, soprattutto in gruppo. Il gestore disponibilissimo e tempestivo nel rispondere alle nostre esigenze.

Il principale punto di forza della casa, a mio avviso, è la posizione centrale, con i principali servizi facilmente raggiungibili. Bisogna riconoscere che il proprietario ha fornito la caffettiera e lo stendino su richiesta e ha prontamente risolto il problema della spazzatura. Ha inoltre cercato di sistemare il letto dopo due o tre giorni

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 15 al 22 agosto con un gruppo di cinque persone, purtroppo l’esperienza si è rivelata negativa. L’appartamento era molto lontano dalle aspettative create dall'annuncio. Il primo problema che abbiamo riscontrato riguardava i bagni. L'annuncio indicava chiaramente (ora modificato e corretto) la presenza di due bagni completi, ma in realtà abbiamo trovato un solo bagno completo e un bagno “di servizio” (con la doccia presente, ma NON funzionante, il tutto segnalato con un bastone di legno). Per cinque persone che soggiornano per un’intera settimana, questa è una differenza notevole e significativa e motivo principale della scelta di questa struttura. Inizialmente, il Wi-Fi era indicato come disponibile nell'annuncio, ma si è rivelato completamente assente per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno (ora l'annuncio è stato aggiornato e il Wi-Fi è segnalato come non disponibile). Sul fronte della sicurezza e della manutenzione si sono inoltre verificati diversi altri problemi. Una notte, uno dei letti si è rotto mentre un ragazzo dormiva, il che è preoccupante. Abbiamo trovato anche numerose lampadine non funzionanti o mancanti sparse per l’appartamento. La cappa della cucina è difettosa: emette un rumore praticamente assordante quando viene spenta, pertanto siamo stati costretti a lasciarla sempre accesa. Un ulteriore problema riguarda l'impianto elettrico: non regge i carichi contemporanei. Non si poteva utilizzare la lavatrice mentre il boiler dell'acqua calda e la cappa erano accesi, altrimenti saltava la corrente. Per far partire la lavatrice, era necessario spegnere il boiler dell'acqua calda, cosa inaccettabile. In conclusione, era presente anche uno zoccolino rotto, staccato dal muro, e al nostro arrivo c’era la spazzatura lasciata dai precedenti inquilini. Tuttavia, a mio parere, questi interventi tardivi non compensano i difetti strutturali e di manutenzione dell'appartamento.

Posizionato in una zona strategica e tranquilla, l appartamento è veramente accogliente. Anche se non modernissimo, ho apprezzato moltissimo il living, comodo e luminoso. La presenza delle tre stanze da letto, hanno permesso una organizzazione perfetta. Non manca nulla per potersi godere il soggiorno, soprattutto in gruppo. Il gestore disponibilissimo e tempestivo nel rispondere alle nostre esigenze.
