Lugar tranquilo y agradable.

Un lugar muy lindo, cómodo y moderno. Ideal para descansar y trabajar. La vista al mar desde el balcón fue lo que más nos gustó. Tenía de todo para que nuestra estadía fuera cómoda y perfecta.

Al llegar nos informaron de la compra de unas manillas para poder usar las instalaciones del edificio. No me molestó que todo fuera tan organizado, solo nos tomó por sorpresa, pues no nos informaron con anterioridad.

No les recomiendo hospedarse aquí.

Reservé una suite para 4 personas y desde el principio se presentaron varios inconvenientes. Primero, me solicitaron un adelanto para bloquear las fechas, aunque en la aplicación aparecía que no era necesario realizar ningún pago por adelantado. Segundo, el valor total que terminé pagando, incluyendo impuestos, fue superior al que aparecía inicialmente en la aplicación. Tercero, el mismo día del ingreso, antes de llegar, me informaron que debía dar un depósito, algo que tampoco estaba indicado claramente en la información de la reserva. Además, la suite que reservé —una opción un poco más costosa— aparecía en las fotos y en la descripción con dos camas dobles. Sin embargo, al llegar encontramos una sola cama doble y un sofá cama, que además no tenía sábanas ni almohadas. Es decir, nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que habíamos reservado. Escribí para solicitar que nos cambiaran a la suite correspondiente o, en su defecto, que nos devolvieran la diferencia de precio, pero nunca recibí respuesta. Para finalizar, tardaron aproximadamente 15 días en devolverme el depósito y, cuando finalmente lo hicieron, me descontaron $30.000 por un supuesto vaso roto. Digo "supuesto" porque nosotros llevamos nuestros propios vasos plásticos precisamente para evitar utilizar y dañar los elementos del lugar. Además, durante esos 15 días pudieron haberse hospedado otras personas, por lo que considero que no existe una forma clara de demostrar que ese daño fue causado por nosotros. En conclusión, la experiencia fue muy negativa: información diferente a la publicada en la aplicación, cobros adicionales que no estaban claramente informados, una suite diferente a la reservada, falta de respuesta ante el reclamo y un descuento del depósito que considero injustificado. Es una verdadera lástima, porque la suite es bonita y podría ser un excelente lugar para hospedarse, pero la atención, la transparencia en los cobros y la gestión de la reserva dejan mucho que desear.
