Obiekt spełniał nasze oczekiwania, był funkcjonalny i czysty. Położony jest w świetnej lokalizacji, ma do dyspozycji dwa balkony. Dla nas to była super opcja i w czystym sumieniem mogę polecić.
Zapach kanalizacji na wejściu był średnio przyjemny, ale nie wpływał na komfort pobytu, bo po kilku chwilach w obiekcie stawał się neutralny.

Erdvus butas apsistoti 6iems asmenims. 11 aukštas - atsiveria gražūs vaizdai. Pastatas didelis, bet 5 liftai, todėl laukti ilgai nereikia. Iškart išėjus iš laiptinės yra 2 maisto prakių parduotuvės, Žabka ir Biedronka, tas labai patogu. Patogios lovos miegui, švari, kokybiška patalynė.
Bute vyrauja prastas kvapas - pelėsio, buvo neplautos grindys, praeitų gyventojų palikti suktinių likučiai. Valytoja nebuvo gerai apžiūrėjusi buto, neveikiantis TV pultelis, turėjome pirkti baterijas, kad jis veiktų. Tikrai trūksta normalaus apšvietimo tiek voniose, tiek bendroje zonoje - svetainėje. Užuolaidos uždengia tik pusė langų, todėl miegui trugdo, nes balkono durys pusiau lieka atviros šviesai. Balkoną tikrai reikia sutvarkyti, nes šiuo metu apleistas, apaugęs žolėmis. Nors ir komunikacija su support centru gera, bet nebuvo paliktas parkingo pultelis, nors už parkingą buvome susimokėję 55 eurus 3 naktims. Apsistojome 6iese, bet miegamų vietų buvo paruošta 8, buvo paliktos papildomos lovos, dėl kurių truko vietos miegamuosiuose.
