We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay. The apartment was in a convenient location, absolutely spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The premises felt very secure and safe, while also being peaceful and private. There were no disturbances whatsoever, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay.
Our host, Lawrence, was fantastic from start to finish. On the day of our booking, we received a thoughtful message explaining how and when we could access the property, along with a lovely welcome and wishes for a pleasant stay. This immediately made us feel valued and welcome.
Later that evening, Lawrence kindly contacted us to explain how to use the heating facilities. As the night was particularly cold, we really appreciated him taking the initiative to check that we knew how to keep the apartment warm. It was a small but genuinely thoughtful personal touch that really stood out.
The accommodation was everything we could have hoped for, and it was clear that a great deal of pride and care goes into running the property.
If we travel to Birmingham again, this would absolutely be our first choice of accommodation. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, secure and welcoming.
