Nid douillé à Marseille

La proximité du vieux port. Le lit King size. L’appartement fonctionnel. La Clim. La gentillesse, la sollicitude de l’hôte, sa réactivité, sa façon de gérer les imprévus,encore merci !

Je déconseille fortement

Très mauvaise expérience – nous avons quitté le logement après une nuit Nous avions réservé 3 nuits mais avons dû quitter le logement après la première nuit. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté des parties communes très sales et une forte odeur d’animaux et de produits insecticides. Le logement donne sur une cour très dégradée, avec des murs et un espace servant de vide-ordures, dégageant également une forte odeur. À noter que sur les photos de l’annonce, les rideaux de la porte-fenêtre sont systématiquement fermés, ce qui ne permet pas de voir cette vue ni l’environnement immédiat du logement. Nous avons donc découvert cette situation à notre arrivée. La première nuit a également été perturbée par d’importants problèmes de voisinage. Le lendemain soir, nous avons constaté une coupure d’électricité et avons ensuite découvert un cafard à proximité de nos affaires. Nous avons immédiatement contacté la conciergerie en pleine nuit et transmis les photos et vidéos dont nous disposions. Ne nous sentant plus en sécurité dans ce logement, nous avons quitté les lieux et demandé le remboursement des deux nuits non consommées. Malgré nos signalements et les preuves transmises, aucun accord n’a été trouvé concernant ces deux nuits. Nous déconseillons cet hébergement, notamment au regard des conditions d’hygiène constatées et de la présentation du logement qui ne permet pas, selon nous, de se rendre compte de son environnement réel.
