Designerwohnung mit Tiefgaragenblick
Das Apartment liegt am wunderschönen Weißensee und beinhaltet ein Seegrundstück, das ausschließlich von den Gästen dieses Apartmentkomplexes genutzt werden kann. Das Grundstück am See ist gut ausgestattet, mit Toilette, Dusche, einer privaten Kabine und SUPs. Der See ist fußläufig erreichbar. Dieser Umstand war speziell für unseren Aufenthalt sehr wichtig, da wir nicht wirklich Zeit im Apartment verbringen wollten (siehe Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen?). Das Grundstück am See ist sehr schön und der Weißensee generell einfach traumhaft. Ich werde sicher wieder am Weißensee Urlaub machen, aber wohl nicht wieder bei der weißen Wand.
Vorweg: Diese Unterkunft liegt selbst für Weißensee-Verhältnisse auf einem hohen Preisniveau. 1.200 Euro insgesamt für drei Nächte, also 400 Euro pro Nacht (inklusive u.a. 170 Euro Reinigungsgebühr für circa 50 m²).
Die Wohnung wird als Luxuswohnung beschrieben und ist auch gut ausgestattet, hat aber einen großen Nachteil: Von den fünf Fenstern schauen drei auf die graue Wand der Tiefgarageneinfahrt, über der die Wohnung steht, und zwei auf die nahegelegene Straße und den Innenhof. Bei der Ankunft waren die Außenrollos teilweise heruntergefahren, wohl um einem den Ausblick zu ersparen. Insektengitter gibt es an keinem Fenster, man kann sich also aussuchen, ob man von den Gelsen gefressen wird und den Autos lauscht oder im kleinen, stickigen Schlafzimmer schläft.
Laut Beschreibung bietet der Balkon einen schönen Platz, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Bei der Ankunft war er komplett leer, weder Tisch noch Stühle. Dazu kam eine schlaflose Nacht, weil sich drei helle Schalterlichter im Schlafzimmer nicht abschalten ließen. Am Morgen habe ich den Host schriftlich kontaktiert, kurz darauf stand, noch ohne jede Rückmeldung, ein Elektriker in der Wohnung und reparierte während unseres Frühstücks die Lichter. Unmöblierter Balkon, schlaflose Nacht, Elektrikerarbeiten beim Frühstück mit Blick auf die graue Tiefgaragenwand, das fühlt sich für mich nicht nach Luxus an. Immerhin waren am Abend die Balkonmöbel und ein kleines Kochset da, in der Küche gab es vorher nicht einmal Salz.
Auf meine Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer kam um 16:51 Uhr die Antwort, das sei nur gegen 170 Euro Aufpreis möglich, danach an diesem Tag nichts mehr (17 Uhr frei?). Am nächsten Morgen hieß es telefonisch, man trage keine Verantwortung und "der Chef" rufe in einer Stunde zurück. Er hat nie angerufen.
