The location was excellent. There is a pizzeria and a restaurant directly opposite the apartment, as well as a bar serving sandwiches for breakfast. There are also several other cafés just 50–100 metres away. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and new. We especially loved the private rooftop terrace, which offered a beautiful view of the marina.
The only minor downside was finding a parking space in the evening, as the area gets busier with people coming to the nearby restaurants.

We had an exceptional four-day stay in this apartment in Palermo. The property was spotlessly clean comfortable, and very well equipped with all the facilities and amenities needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.
The location is truly strategic: close to Arenella and very well connected to the rest of Palermo. It is also an excellent choice if you are travelling by car, as parking is easily available on the street. After just one day, we felt completely at home and were able to move around like locals.
The check-in process and all the instructions were extremely well organised, clear, and professional, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. Every detail was carefully considered, and the apartment was exactly as described.
The cherry on top is the amazing view and the famous bar just downstairs, renowned for serving some of the best arancine in town—an unbeatable local treat right at the doorstep!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back! Thank you Giovanni!
