Mr Safiuddin Manik was very helpful from start to checkout. There is an elevator that is convenient but some steps to start. Location is the key, across the street from the train station
At night you may be scared of the foot traffic in the area. A shocked compared to northern Italy. There restaurants in the train station that would work better than the street ones in the area. Think tobacco shops with people hanging out in front yelling room is extra small and bathroom even smaller. Nice artwork. Air conditioner is way too cold blowing had to open the window insteadd.

The apartment was in a good location for us as we had a tour booked early the following day. Seven suites apartment was immaculately clean and freshly decorated.
The problems we experienced were with check in.
Firstly there was no sign outside the apartment for Seven Suites. We could not contact the owner of the property on the number provided. I messaged via Booking.com but initially did not receive a reply.
Another guest arrived while we were waiting, he had the same issue.
Eventually we gained access when a resident left the building. My husband then went to every floor looking at each door until he found a faded sign for Seven Suites on the 4th floor.
After ringing several times the cleaners answered the door. They did not speak English and had no knowledge of our or the other guests booking.
Eventually they contacted the owner who explained our check in would be done online . This was a very stressful and unexpected process that should at least have been explained to us before arrival. We had to upload our passports online and pay the City Tax via a link.

Location is close to the touristic spots
We requested a blanket and we were promised to deliver it and we never received it despite multiple reminder requests.
It’s one room in a long appointment divided into multiple bedrooms.
