Breakfast was great and the rooms had just what we needed for the one night stay. The location was perfect, right by the train station.

Very clean and spacious. Nice towels and simple but filling breakfast. Even packed simple breakfast for me when I had to leave earlier
I had to ring the bell several times for the door to be opened even though I informed them what time I was arriving. We were not allowed to wait in the dining area. Only allowed to leave our bags. Quite a long walk from the Florence train station.
