It’s clean , comfortable, well maintained. Close to night market, restaurants , massage parlours and beach.
It’s good value for the money. The kids living in the neighbourhood made my stay worthwhile.
The property is located in a narrow street up hill. Some of the grab drivers just drop off at the main road citing the street is too narrow to get in . Have to walk few metres uphill with luggage but actually the car can drive up to the property.

This place exceeded all my expectations!
The hosts are absolutely wonderful people — incredibly kind, thoughtful and caring. The lady who runs the guesthouse speaks English really well and is easy to communicate with.
The accommodation is excellent, honestly better than many five-star chain hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything is spotlessly clean, well organised and cosy, with a beautiful, harmonious interior that makes you feel right at home.
The rooms have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay: mattresses that are just the right firmness (not rock-hard like so many I’ve come across in China!), proper pillows that aren’t paper-thin, a clothes rail with hangers, toiletries, slippers and air conditioning. There’s also a kitchen area with all the necessary cookware and utensils, even salt and cooking oil — those little details that make a real difference when you’re staying somewhere for a while.
I also rented a motorbike directly from the hosts, which was incredibly convenient as I didn’t have to go anywhere else to pick it up.
Highly recommended! A wonderful place to stay, with lovely hosts who genuinely care about their guests.

Đây là lần đầu tiên mình đến PQ và sau một hồi lựa chọn trên booking thì mình chọn homestay này 3N3Đ ở thị trấn Dương Đông để tiện di chuyển lên phía Bắc và Nam Đảo. Ban đầu mình book 1 phòng 2 giường cho cả gia đình nhưng sau được cô chủ cho 2 phòng riêng biệt. Trong home có đầy đủ tiện nghi điều hòa, máy sấy, bàn ủi, bếp nấu (có cả một khu vực bếp để sử dụng nhưng nhà mình đợt này ko sử dụng, nếu ai siêng thì có thể mua về nấu, có đầy đủ có chén bát xoong chảo). Phòng rất sạch sẽ vì hình như mới cải tạo lại, thoáng mát, khu vực mình ở khá an toàn vì nằm trong khu dân cư của người địa phương luôn. Cô chủ thì nhiệt tình chỉ cho gia đình mình các chỗ ăn uống địa phương. Cô chủ hầu như luôn ở homestay cả ngày nên rất tiện để hỗ trợ khi gia đình mình cần.
Home có muỗi nên đi có thể mang theo đồ xịt muỗi, hoặc home có chuẩn bị vợt bắt muỗi. Home ở trong hẻm, cách đường lộ chính khoảng 200-300m nên nhà bạn nào có em bé thì lưu ý.
