A localização é excelente, bem no centro e próxima de diversos pontos, sendo possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Porém, alguns aspectos da acomodação deixaram a desejar e precisam de atenção.
O banheiro é bastante pequeno e possui apenas uma cortina de plástico no lugar do box. Como ela não segura bem a água, o banheiro acaba ficando molhado durante o banho. O pano de chão disponível no banheiro também ficava molhado e soltava bastante tinta azul, e não havia outro pano seco disponível para utilizar ao sair do banho.
As toalhas estavam bastante antigas e puídas. A mobília do quarto também é muito antiga e não há nenhum espaço adequado para guardar as roupas apenas uma pequena mesa, sem armário ou guarda-roupa. Um móvel simples para acomodar as roupas faria bastante diferença. Também seria importante ter um espelho no quarto, algo que fez falta durante a estadia.
A TV também é antiga, não é Smart e possui opções de canais bastante limitadas. Sentimos falta também de um frigobar, que seria importante para que os hóspedes pudessem, por exemplo, manter uma água gelada ou armazenar algum alimento durante a estadia.
Acredito que, com melhorias nesses pontos de estrutura, mobília e itens básicos, a experiência dos hóspedes poderia ser muito melhor. A localização, sem dúvida, é um grande diferencial da hospedagem.
