Cleanliness: The guest house was clean and well-maintained.
Accessibility: Convenient location with easy access to nearby places and transportation.
Overall convenience: A practical and comfortable accommodation for your stay in Osaka.
Late communication of access codes: The guest house provided a different check-in access code on the morning of your scheduled arrival. This was rather last-minute and could cause unnecessary uncertainty for guests.
Communication timing: It would be better if any changes to check-in instructions or access codes were communicated at least a day in advance, allowing guests to plan their arrival with greater confidence.
