Freshly renovated apartment, clean, peaceful neighborhood, and quiet at night. Comfortable beds, new furniture, and a pretty nice balcony. Well-functioning air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the August heatwave.. The location is ok (15min walk to old city) but on a hill, so if anyone has trouble walking, they should look for another place. If a few things were improved, the rating would be higher.
Multiple issues with entering the building. The main door opens via an app that kept crashing, forcing me to contact the host to open it remotely. It was a real hassle.After 3 days, the internet stopped working. Despite multiple reports, nobody came to fix or reconfigure the WiFi router. They just couldn't be bothered...There was no cold water in the bathroom sink—likely disconnected during the renovation—so only boiling hot water was available. We reported this, but there was no response from the host. Same goes for a broken power outlet in the bathroom, meaning hair drying or shaving had to be done in the bedroom... On top of that, the bathroom/toilet door wouldn't close properly, which was uncomfortable. Again, reported with no reaction.When I asked for an extra sheet to use as a blanket, they wanted to charge me 15 EUR...
