The location is quite okay. You can walk to a Metro station of Avenida de la Paz. Quite a good and safe area. Supermarket is like 15 minutes walk. Contact with the owner was easy and direct.
The best of room number 10 in the cellar/ in the basement was the water pressure. The bathroom is way too small for people over 185cm They will have problems using even the toilet and shower. Also the bed is too narrow for two proper adult bodies and not even a dustbin in the room. What is this? When we arrived also there was garbage outside on a table from the earlier guest because seemingly people don’t know how to treat their waste. Room clean but way too small for two adults.

It was clean and is located in a lovely part of Madrid very close to two Metro stations
Nothing not to like about the place

No hay cocina, pero si hay accesorios en la habitación. Las camas eran muy comodas. La TV, el A/C y el agua caliente funcionaban bien.
