I booked 2 rooms for 2 days and 1 room for the last day of my stay. The hostel is in a quiet and decent location, and the owner was really nice, friendly and helpful.
Apart from that, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The best part of this hostel is the home-cooked food. We had breakfast and dinner for 2 days, and the food was genuinely good, fresh and homely. The ₹120 unlimited thali per person was also quite reasonable.
The hostel is completely safe for girls, including solo female travellers. I felt comfortable and secure during my stay and had no issues at all.
I’m giving 4/5 mainly because of the bathroom cleanliness. Other than that, I had a good and comfortable stay. If I visit Udaipur again, I would definitely prefer to stay here again.
There were only a couple of things that could have been better. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the buckets and mugs should have been properly cleaned as well. Also, the tea was ₹25, but the cup was quite small compared to the price.
