The apartment was on the 16th floor and had a porch with a beautiful view of the city. The staff and management were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The facility also serves delicious breakfast, which is available for an additional fee. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
The property could be improved by providing some basic bathroom cleaning supplies and a better selection of kitchen utensils. I had to purchase a spatula and a few teaspoons during my stay.

Great location and close to many convenient places, such as the subway, pharmacy, and supermarkets. The room was quite small for my liking, but it was nevertheless very comfortable. The gym also had some good equipment. I particularly loved the cookware in the apartment, as I enjoy cooking. The management has been doing an impressive job. They are always available to answer any questions and provide solutions whenever needed. With any property managed by them, you can be assured that you will be well taken care of.
One of the saucepans shown in the advertisement photos was missing, but after I alerted the host, it was delivered a few days later. The room appeared clean overall, but there was some dust and lint accumulated under the table and in a few corners. The balcony had also accumulated dust on both the floor and the armrest. These aren’t major issues, and I’d suggest doing a final check before guests arrive in the future.

A acomodação é um quarto/estúdio, com uma cozinha pequena (geladeira, fogão eletrico, forno de microondas e utensilios), uma escrivaninha, banheiro, ar condicionado e cama de casal (achei pequena). Mas a limpeza geral era muito boa e foi suficiente para o que eu precisava nesta viagem. O prédio conta com um serviço de café da manhã simples (pago à parte) no terraço do ultimo andar, que gostei muito e um serviço de conveniencia no lobby, onde voce pode comprar água, bebidas e alimentos/lanches que ajuda muito.
A cama era meio dura... e senti falta de mesinhas de cabeceira para acomodar celular e outros pertences.
