a remote to open the gates would have been better than having to punch in a code at the gate. It was raining & we had to get out in the rain. It was night time & we had to get out in the dark. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Mention of 2 big friendly dogs should be before booking as some people have a fear of dogs, thankfully we didnt and the dogs were exremely calm and friendly, but it is something that should be mentioned before people book.

Lovely rooms on a beautiful farm with a very communicative and accommodating host. They accommodated our early check-in time for a wedding and included plenty of tea, coffee, milk and rusks in the rooms, which we appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with crisp clean bedding.
I didn't realise the proximity to the R44 road, which is quite busy with a fair amount of road noise if you're out on the deck, and that the room looked out towards it in terms of its view. It wasn't a problem in the room when trying to sleep at night, but if you're sitting outside it does impact the picturesque view and peacefulness of being on a beautiful olive farm. The continental pre-packed breakfast, if you select and pay for the option, could do with some tastier options (a better pastry/croissant and cereal bar).
