Wonderful rooms, very clean and well designed to feel like luxury, staff were lovely. In the centre of the island, plenty to do within walking distance. Building was lovely with the gym and infinity pool. Well equipped.
Strong odour from the bathroom. At times became unbearable to use the bathroom. It was a-shame as the bathroom design and shower were great. Messaged kindly for something to be done but no response. Lots of building work around the hotel and directly next to the pool which made it very hard to relax.

Good location, friendly & helpful staff, clean.
Beds were quite hard, late check in at 3pm, although you can request earlier & they did accommodate by an hour which we were grateful. Unfortunately, that was probably to our detriment as not everything was restocked & cutlery was still sitting in the dish rack.

The property is very close to the airport. It’s a beautiful establishment with good facilities.
There is no WiFi. We complained and the person who came to help us with the WiFi also tried until he gave up. If the WiFi connects, it’s for a short time and it’s only accessible in the room. Not anywhere else in the building.
The toilets near the reception are always very dirty. There needs to be a designated cleaner to check them every now and then.
