Great location, price and property. Will definitely stay again if I’m in Birmingham.
Wifi wasn’t working and the light in the bedroom wasn’t working either so not a perfect stay. Host couldn’t do anything to rectify Wifi but I’m sure it’ll be fixed for the next guest.

I was extremely satisfied with the staff—they were professional, kind, polite, and very patient. Everything was exceptional, from the cleanliness to the provision of all essential amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, as well as the great lighting. The outstanding hospitality and kindness of the staff were definitely the highlighting parts of my stay.
There was only a minor issue with the hot water, as it took a little bit of time to warm up, but after a short wait, it went back to normal.

The apartment was very nice. It was bright and comfortable and had a very good kitchen for this type of apartment. The people we interacted with were nice. It is minutes away from the main train station and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. We only needed a place to stay overnight to catch a morning place out. It would be a better set up if you are staying for several days.
The property was nice but it is more similar to a private host situation. We were thinking this was a typical mini-apartment situation where there is a reception area, check in and we could easily stow our luggage while we quickly exploded the town. However, it was hard to find the building; one needs to be met and brought to the building and to the apartment. The big problem was that there was NO INTERNET which was important for us to complete our check in at the airport and other travel tasks. Also the only one of the two elevators in this 20-plus floor worked appropriately. It is on the fourth floor so it is walkable (but not when you are bringing luggage in and out). We spent a lot of time figuring out the apartment (how to turn in hot water, where was light to kitchen ) and our plans to quickly explore the city were not realized.
