+ Super schönes und großes Appartement + Stilvoll & praktisch eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte + Vorgarten mit Liegestühlen, Terasse mit Essgruppe + Versperrbarer Fahrradschuppen + Insektengitter vor den Fenstern, elektrische Außenrollläden + Parkplatz am Grundstück direkt vor der Haustüre + ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm, Bachgeplätscher + Wexl-Arena und andere tolle Ausflugsziele für die Kinder "ums Eck"
