absolutely shocking

I came to the property. I ended up getting scammed. They took me to a dodgy place in Manchester. It’s nothing like the pictures and it took my money and I can’t get a refund.

Awful experience, terrible communication. Unlivable property, falsely represented online

I didn’t like a single thing,

Nothing. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. What didn’t you like? The property looked nothing like the images advertised on Booking.com, and were AI generated which I believe was extremely misleading. On arrival, there was no electricity in the property, making it completely uninhabitable. I contacted the host immediately but did not receive a timely response, and as a result I had no choice but to leave after approximately 20 minutes and arrange alternative accommodation. The host subsequently agreed to provide me with a full refund, but then stopped responding to my messages and calls. Booking.com was also unable to resolve the situation satisfactorily and offered me just an £8 credit instead. This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone. If you are expecting the luxury apartment shown in the advertised images, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

False advertising - not as per pictures

This apartment was not as advertised and looks NOTHING like the photos. When I arrived it hadn’t been cleaned and I had to empty the bins myself. I did notify the owner of this and the sheets did get changed and towels left. The facilities felt very cheap and the whole place was summed up by a picture frame on the wall with no picture in it and I don’t think it was art. If you have low expectations then you might be ok to stay here.
