Super-friendly, helpful staff!
We were a bit warm but ONLY because we didn’t use the air conditioner, so it was our own fault!

Excellent accommodation on the main street of Caerleon. Next to the Roman baths and very close to the Roman museum, amphitheatre and fortress.
There are also several pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as the river Usk.
The room felt fairly new, modern, clean and comfortable. There was a coffee machine in a shared corridor outside the door, with a fridge underneath for personal items. There were 2 other rooms who shared the corridor and entrance with me.
A great base for exploring the area.
Communication with the owner via Booking.com was impossible as they weren't reading my messages, just sending standard messages. When I switched to texting however the owner was quick to respond and accommodating of my request.
It would have been helpful to have instructions on where to park, where to pick up and drop the keys (the main car park is free if you give your details at the pub next door).

Newly renovated room in great location. Facilities were great.
Some tiny details missing as it is new but overall it’s a fantastic place to stay
