The apartment was tidy when we arrived and quite spacious. The area is good and there is a bus stop nearby that brings you into the center.
The cleaner was really helpful and kind, even though the solution didn’t work we were very happy with the help.
There is a washing machine that can be used (but you need your own powder).
There was a problem with the sewage as it burbled multiple times in the kitchen sink and there were very strong smells coming from the shower drain, toilet sink and kitchen sink. This was quite unfortunate and it made our stay less comfortable. We did report it and the cleaner was very kind and came to try to help but ultimately it didn’t work.
There wasn’t a table to eat anything on, this would be an improvement and there is a bit of space left for it.
The kitchen is shared which we didn’t realise. The kitchenette in the room doesn’t really have the needed equipment to cook, for this you’ll need to go to the shared kitchen.
The pillows were very thin and not very comfortable.
There is a washing machine that can be used, but you need to bring your own washing soap/powder.

Beautiful location right in the heart of Camden
Service was terrible and reaching them when I had trouble getting into the lockbox. ALSO CHARGED ME AN EXTRA £100 FEE ON THE DAY I WAS ABOUT TO MOVE IN WITHOUT ANY WARNING

The location is great in terms of where it is in London. However there was no mention of 1) the fact one room — ours — overlooked a very noisy and smoky bar. And 2) that a train line also ran right outside the window.
See above. It was unbearably hot and because of the noise, we still had to keep the window shut. No answer from the property owner until I happened to meet the very helpful cleaner who said he would pass my message on. Some of the fixtures were wobbly if not broken.
