Location is great. Easy to go to the train station and to the beach.
It has been super unfortunate that we had to experience the below:
1. After booking, I was told to place a deposit. This was not stated anywhere in the descriptions. And it took two days to get to the conclusion that no deposit is required as it was not written down when I made the booking.
2. Language. I constantly got automated messages in English and some messages in French. I had to proactively translate everything to English one by one.
3. Communication. It says I am to contact the host via the phone number. The WhatsApp number is not being handled by anyone and I have never received any response. Then what’s the point of leaving that number? There has been 0 effort from the host to use English but kept on messaging in French.
4. Keys - I was only told on the day that we are to collect the keys somewhere else… I wish I had known this before and I would want to avoid this hassle!
5. Bathroom -very smelly. Something is wrong with the pipe there and very smelly.
