Zunächst die herzliche und gesprächsoffene Gastlichkeit des Vermieterehepaares, die gegenüber auf dem selben sehr großen Hof wohnen, die ländliche Ruhe und Möglichkeit, bei schönem Wetter sich sein Essen von der Küche auf kürzestem Weg in den begrünten Hof mitnehmen zu können, die sehr gemütliche und geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung des mit 71 qm sehr großen Ferienhauses mit 4 Betten, die Möglichkeit, mit dem Auto innerhalb einer halben Stunde die kulturellen/touristischen Highlights der Altmark - Hansestädte Seehausen, Osterburg, Salzwedel und Stendal sowie Arendsee - zu erreichen.
