Once inside the main front door we couldn't find our apartment. Had to phone for instructions.

It was a very cozy apartment with a beautiful interior. The location was great and not far from the major landmarks and had many restaurants around it.
Not a major problem but the floor level wasnt specified so we called the number and got squared away quickly from a very nice gal

Wonderful location, amazing communication, clean room filled with all sorts of supplies one would need for travel. I had an emergency situation with cancelled flights and the response was within minutes, even during after hours. Could not be more pleased!!!

Easy to find. Good location.
Flat was up several flights of stairs so inconvenient with children and luggage.
There were a couple of issues: roller blind in living room was broken. Also, heating thermostat was not communicating with the heating and so the flat was too hot. There was no one to speak to about these issues to get them fixed quickly.
