Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft, man erspart sich eine Menge Ärger!

Leider hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Vorsicht vor diesem Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft hatte ich für drei Tage gebucht. Eine Stunde vor Ankunft hat der Gastgeber mich direkt auf WhatsApp kontaktiert er hätte sich im Terminkalender vertan und uns die erste Nacht abgesagt. 2. und 3. Nacht seien möglich und bei Booking könne er nicht von seiner Seite stornieren. Nach Anruf bei Booking wussten die nichts von dem Problem, der Gastgeber war auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Letztlich wurde nach langer Wartezeit der Prozess kostenfrei storniert und das Geld wurde mit zurück überwiesen. Am Ende war es 21 Uhr und ich musste eine neue Unterkunft finden.
