It's a presentable little house at a reasonable price. If you don't mind driving it's easy to get to all the local stuff to do in Cornwall We had an issue with the shower bunging up and the owner came at short notice to sort it while we were out
The facilities need some work - there's a dodgy light in the bedroom, the drainage isn't great, the dishwasher doesn't really seem to clean stuff very well. We just used the place as a base of operations while we tramped around all day but if you wanted to spend a day inside it might not be the best
