The location is excellent — the beach is genuinely only about a three-minute walk away and is very easy to reach via the underpass. Having a private, secure parking space in the underground car park was also a big advantage.
The apartment itself looks exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning all worked perfectly, and the kitchen had all the necessary cookware, crockery and utensils.
The swimming pool was another nice addition and everything we needed was close by. The host was excellent — always available, very helpful and quick to assist with any questions.
For a budget-friendly stay in Cannes, this apartment offers very good value for money.
The only real downside is the communal area of the building. The corridors are quite dated and poorly maintained and can look rather unwelcoming, which is a strong contrast to the apartment itself.
As this is a large residential building with many apartments, the lifts can also become quite busy at certain times. However, the apartment is on the fourth floor, so using the stairs is a practical alternative when necessary. The pool also operates during set opening hours, which is worth being aware of.
