Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et efficace pour de simples demandes anodines, la chambre est incroyablement belle et luxueuse (avec un tarif super abordable pas très loin de Mandaue et bien placé), super confortable dans l'ensemble je me suis régalé !
Pas de petits déjeuners proposés mais s'il est placé en plein dans un petit centre commercial. Ça aurait pu être un plus.

The place was spacious enough and room service was good.
Everything about my stay was great overall. The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant, and I really appreciated the accommodations and the service provided by the staff. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable.
The main area that could be improved is noise control. There was ongoing construction during the day, which was unfortunately very disruptive for me. Because of the nature of my work, I sleep during the daytime, and the construction noise made it very difficult for me to rest. There were days when I was not able to get proper sleep at all because of the noise.
I also noticed that outside noise easily gets into the room. Motorcycles, cars, and other street sounds can be heard quite clearly from inside. I understand that some outside noise and construction may be beyond the property's control, but improved soundproofing would make a significant difference, especially for guests who need to rest during the day.
Aside from the noise, though, everything else was excellent. I enjoyed the room, appreciated the cleanliness and comfort, and had a positive experience with the staff and overall service. The property has a lot going for it, and better sound insulation would make an already good experience even better. I would still be happy to stay again, particularly once the construction is completed.
