My second time in a week! No surprise why the place is very popular! Fantastic staff.
More of wishes rather than dislike:
Bathroom can be better, so are the rest of communal area. But all good, especially if you are just basing there to explore and not spending time within the premises much.

Its beautifully done; very impressive facilities, clean, well designed and so comfortable. Lots of extra facilities (laundry for free) and the coffee shop is really cute. Fab location. Speedy wifi. Staff in the cafe were really friendly and professional, as were those I communicated with virtually.
Curtain on my bed didn't cover completely, so I felt a little exposed! The remote checking in is very handy but I had multiple messages via booking.com and WhatsApp, and had to repeat myself which was a little frustrating.

Lovely design and decor. Bathrooms wonderfully clean and laundry facilities were excellent. Free coffee was a lovely touch. Comfortable beds and small amenities were also nice - dental kits and slippers. Free workspace with WiFi and printing was very useful.
Communication prior to check-in (via WhatsApp) was really clear and the info received with recommendations for food, activities and sightseeing was very much appreciated.
Our room was next to the communal space - people staying up late with all the lights on disturbed our sleep. We already suggested blackout curtains to remedy this. Guests upstairs directly above our room were very noisy all three nights we stayed - this isn’t really the fault of the accommodation, moreso the fault of other guests but I guess as a ‘hostel’ this is perhaps to be expected. The private rooms do come at a higher cost though so perhaps rugs or similar to try and soundproof somewhat would be very helpful. And a reminder to all guests that other people are staying there too so parties and gatherings in upstairs rooms late at night should be avoided.
