Adequate place but far from tourist sites

The location is quiet residential area although we didn't have a car so bit of walk to tourist sites. The main interaction we had with the host was actually with his parents who were cleaning the unit, they are extremely nice and pleasant people.

Few points guests should be aware of. The unit is very sparsely furnished. There are 2 kitchen chairs and a couch (used as bed because we had 3 people) and not much else. There is no TV, wifi, kitchen items like pots and pans, microwave. The location is fairly far from the historical sites of Viljandi, so if you have a car you will do better.
